Shrimps with Judasohr

Judasohr you might know more commonly from Chinese sweet & sour soup. Judasohr is often found on trees and can be eaten raw. They dry nicely and wile they will shrink they will regain their form when placed in water. When cooked in a wok as seen above they will always keep their chewiness and have a subtle taste but a great compliment to vegetarian or pescatarian dishes.

This easy to make dish can be served with a number of side dishes, but rice is always a favorite.

Ingredients: carrots, judasohr (mushroom), green onions, garlic and shrimps served with basmati rice.

Cook time: 30min
